We are committed to making the conference as accessible as possible to participants from diverse backgrounds and regions. While we operate with limited resources as an academic conference, we aim to offer a small number of registration fee waivers or partial discounts to support those who would otherwise be unable to attend.
Who can apply?
We welcome applications from participants who may require financial support, including:
- Students (Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD)
- Participants based in Low- and Middle-Income Countries (LMICs)
- Other (please specify)
Important eligibility conditions
To be considered for registration support, applicants must clearly demonstrate that:
- They have actively sought funding from their home institution, employer, or other external sources
- These funding attempts have not been successful
- They are able to independently cover their travel and accommodation costs
Please note that applicants who are unable to confirm coverage of travel and accommodation expenses will not be eligible for registration support.
What does the support cover?
Approved applicants may receive a full or partial registration fee waiver.
Please note that this support does not cover travel, visa, or accommodation expenses.
How to apply?
