Dr. Clive Tan is a public health physician with close to two decades of clinical and leadership experience bridging population health strategy, behavioral health change, and government policy. He serves as Senior Consultant (Population Health) with National Healthcare Group, supporting health efforts for 1.5 million residents in Singapore’s Central-North region, and as Director for Home Team Medical Services at the Ministry of Home Affairs. His work emphasizes integrated care, digitalization, and health equity. He holds an MPH from Johns Hopkins University, previously served at WHO Western Pacific Regional Office, and advises Singapore’s AI Governance in Healthcare initiatives.
