Carina Dantas is the founder and CEO of SHINE 2Europe, and the Co-Director of the SHAFE Foundation. She has 25+ years of experience coordinating large-scale (inter)national projects, with a strong focus on digital public health, ethics, ageing, participatory methods, and citizen engagement. Carina has led and facilitated numerous international workshops, co-creation labs, and stakeholder engagement activities across Europe and globally. She is a keynote speaker in international events and serves in program Committees and Advisory Boards. She has extensive expertise in translating research into policy and practice and in designing inclusive, human-centred approaches that bridge technological innovation with real-world implementation.
