Brigitte Strahwald is a physician with advanced training in epidemiology, medical ethics, and health law. At LMU Munich, she coordinates the Pettenkofer School of Public Health and co-leads the Digital Public Health SkillsLab, advancing digital skills and innovative learning approaches in public health. As a member of the WHO European Region Technical Advisory Group on Risk Communication, Community Engagement and Infodemic Management, she supports the development of evidence-based, digitally enabled communication strategies. She is a co-author of quality standards for e-learning and coordinated the development of the international catalogue of learning objectives for basic epidemiology.
