Andrea Marinho is a Project Manager at SHINE 2Europe. Her experience is primarily focused on project management, communication with project partners, and organisation of meetings, workshops, and collaborative activities. Andrea has been involved in the HERA project, supporting its implementation and contributing to stakeholder engagement and dissemination activities under the guidance of senior project leads. Through her role, she has gained practical experience in supporting participatory processes and collaborative work with diverse stakeholders across countries. She contributes to workshop facilitation primarily through organisational and logistical support, ensuring smooth delivery of interactive sessions and effective participant engagement.
