Luis Saboga Nunes, is Associate Professor at the Institute of Sociology University of Education Freiburg, Germany and the head of the Doctoral Program Health Literacy and Healthy LifeStyles (HeLiCA). He served the European Association of Public Health (EUPHA Health Promotion Section) as President (2016- 023). A certified European Health Promotion Practitioner (EuHP) he leads the PT-network for the promotion of health literacy.
