She holds a Master’s degree in Adult Health Nursing and brings over 23 years of experience as a clinician, academician, researcher, and government professional. She leads the development of nursing standards and policies, capacity-building initiatives, and specialized cadres, while overseeing school and community health programs, midwifery services, and the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) program.
