Students presenting in the MSc/ PhD Student Track and their supervisors who wish to attend the Pre-Conference Day (23 June 2026) must register separately, after completing their Main Conference registration. For details on eligibility and what’s included, see section “Registration Inclusions” below.

Registration Fees
All prices are in British pound sterling (GBP) and are not vatable due to the educational nature of the event. The Welcome Drinks are included in all registration categories, while tickets for the Conference Dinner are available as an optional add-on and can be purchased during registration.

*Note: In the UCL online store, the Academic/ Public Sector/ SME category is displayed as two separate options. This is purely due to a character limit in the payment system, which does not allow long product titles. The split is only visual – the pricing and category are exactly the same as shown in the table above. We ask for your specific sector during the registration process via the form inside.
Exhibitors must purchase a full Registration ticket (unless received a waiver or discount as part of their sponsorship package).
Extra Guest Tickets for Social Events (Welcome Drinks and Conference Dinner): £130 (plus VAT)

Payments are only possible by credit or debit card. Unfortunately, the finance department of the Online Store is unable to issue invoices for any registrations.
Registration Inclusions
Main Conference (3 days): 24th – 26th June 2026
- Access to all conference sessions for the 3 days of the Main conference including Poster and Demo sessions
- Access to the Innovation sessions – Innovator Award competition and B2B meetings, among others
- Daily catering (morning coffee, lunch, afternoon coffee)
- Proceedings by IEEE and Frontiers
- Delegate materials
- Complimentary ticket to the Welcome Drinks Reception on Day 1 (24th June 2026)
- Ticket to the Conference Dinner on Day 2 (25th June 2026) to be purchased separately
Pre-conference MSc/PhD Student Track (1 day): 23rd June 2026
Day 0 is a pre-conference event dedicated to students presenting at the MSc/PhD Students track to practice their talk at friendly settings and receive mentoring. This day is open only for students presenting and their supervisors or other mentors. There is no extra charge.
The Pre-Conference registration covers attendance at Day 0 at no extra cost (in total four days) if the student is presenting at the MSc/PhD Students Track. This also includes catering (lunch and coffee breaks).
Supervisors with full Registration tickets who have students presenting and/or would like to help with mentoring students on Day 0 are welcomed to attend at no extra cost but need to register separately too, for catering /planning reasons, and will be contacted by the MSc/PhD Students Track chair to plan the day.

Proof of Status for Discounted Tickets
If you are purchasing a discounted ticket, you must provide valid proof of your status. Please include one of the following, depending on your situation:
- Students – Copy of Student ID
- Start-ups – Company registration number and confirmation of number of staff members
- LMIC Country Residents* – Proof of affiliation such as an institutional webpage or official work email address, confirming you’re coming from a low-income and lower-middle income economy.

Please note:
It is your responsibility to send a proof of your status to support@dphconf.org no longer than 2 days after registration. Failing to do that might result in your registration being cancelled.

In addition to the academic and innovation programme, your registration includes a complimentary ticket to the Welcome Drinks on 24 June, offering valuable opportunities to network and socialise with fellow professionals. Daily buffet lunches, morning coffee, and afternoon refreshments will be provided throughout the conference.
All attendees will receive online access to the Frontiers DPH2026 Abstract Book and IEEE Xplore Proceedings of DPH 2026, ensuring access to the full breadth of presented work during and after the event.
Please note that students presenting at the MSc/PhD Student Track and supervisors are welcome to attend the Pre-Conference Day on 23rd June 2026 at no additional cost. However, a separate registration is required following the completion of the main conference registration.
Cancellation Policy
- Full Refund: If canceled within 7 days of booking
- 80% Refund: If canceled 8+ days after booking but more than 15 days before the event
- No Refund: If canceled within 14 days of the event
- Bookings within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund regardless of cancellation timing.
Please note:
Refunds are processed daily where possible. Depending on your card type and issuing country, funds may take up to 30 working days to appear in your account.
