Due to internal technical reasons, publication of the Abstract Book was slightly delayed. We worked closely with the publisher to ensure it was made available before the conclusion of the conference. The current version is considered near-final. The remaining minor editorial queries will be resolved over the coming days, after which the Abstract Book will be updated to its final version.

The IEEE Xplore version of the proceedings is currently forthcoming. The review and publication process will begin after the conclusion of the conference. Once the proceedings have been reviewed and published, we will provide access to the complete IEEE Xplore version.
