Students presenting in the MSc/ PhD Student Track and their supervisors who wish to attend the Pre-Conference Day (23 June 2026) must register separately, after completing their Main Conference registration. For details on eligibility and what’s included, see section “Registration Inclusions” below.

*Note: In the UCL online store, the Academic/ Public Sector/ SME category is displayed as two separate options. This is purely due to a character limit in the payment system, which does not allow long product titles. Proof of Status for Discounted Tickets


If you are purchasing a discounted ticket, you must provide valid proof of your status. Please include one of the following, depending on your situation:

Please note:
It is your responsibility to send a proof of your status to support@dphconf.org no longer than 2 days after registration. Failing to do that might result in your registration being cancelled.

Benefits


Cancellation Policy


  • Full Refund: If canceled within 7 days of booking
  • 80% Refund: If canceled 8+ days after booking but more than 15 days before the event
  • No Refund: If canceled within 14 days of the event
  • Bookings within 14 days of the event are not eligible for a refund regardless of cancellation timing.

Please note:
Refunds are processed daily where possible. Depending on your card type and issuing country, funds may take up to 30 working days to appear in your account.
