Professor David Lowe is a clinical academic and emergency medicine consultant at Glasgow’s Queen Elizabeth University Hospital. He serves as Clinical Director for Health Innovation at the Scottish Health and Industry Partnership (SHIP) and as West of Scotland Test Bed Lead. His work bridges frontline clinical care, applied research, and system-level innovation, supporting real-world evaluation and adoption of new technologies to improve healthcare quality, efficiency, and sustainability across Scotland.
