Call for Posters & Demos

We invite contributions of posters and demos to the Digital Public Health (DPH) Conference 2026 including visual presentations of current or planned work.

DPH 2026 themes

Posters

We invite contributions of posters describing works in progress, preliminary results, or position papers. The poster session is an opportunity to present shorter, early results, and for researchers from different disciplines to share both unpublished and previously published work with one another and with the research community. Submitted poster abstracts are expected to be aligned with one or more of the relevant topics of the Digital Public Health Conference.

Submission instructions for posters

Please format your poster abstract using Times New Roman, 12 pt font size, and Justified alignment. The total length should not exceed 1000 words (excluding references), and you may include a maximum of two figures or tables. The abstracts should include Introduction, Methods/Data, Results, and Conclusion sections. Accepted poster abstracts will be included in the DPH conference ​​Abstract Book in Frontiers Digital Public Health Journal.

Note that your poster abstracts should be anonymous – please remove the author names and affiliations, and any references to previous work or code repositories that may reveal the identity of the authors.

Each abstract will be reviewed by two independent members of the PC committees.

Abstracts must be submitted in English. The use of Generative AI tools is permissible but must be disclosed and the Scientific Committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract that is generated solely by AI tools.

Demos

We invite proposals for demonstrations to be exhibited during the Demo session. The Demo Track is a forum meant to foster interactions among researchers and practitioners by allowing them to demonstrate their new and innovative work. In addition, the track will enable conference attendees to learn novel ongoing research projects through informal interactions. Demo submissions must be based on an implemented and tested system. Submitted demos are expected to be aligned with one or more of the relevant topics of the Digital Public Health Conference.

Submission instructions for demos

Please format your demo proposal using Times New Roman, 12 pt font size, and Justified alignment. The total length should not exceed 1000 words (excluding references), and you may include a maximum of two figures or tables. The demo proposals should describe the main functionality of the application/ platform, how it can be accessed or installed (if distribution is available), and should have at least one screenshot or photo of the demo. Further, they should have a section outlining clearly the research or practical need the application fills. Accepted proposals will be included in the ​​DPH conference Abstract Book in Frontiers Digital Public Health Journal.
