Biography

Dr. Femida Gwadry-Sridhar, Pulse Infoframe: Founder & Chief Executive Officer: Femida is a pharmacist, clinical epidemiologist, and methodologist with over 25 years of experience in clinical trials, patient registries, knowledge translation and clinical disease outcomes. It was the challenges she witnessed in academia & research that encouraged her to start Pulse Infoframe with a focus on a collaborative approach to research, building networks of stakeholders from patient groups, sponsors, and researchers to solve the mysteries around drug development. Recently recognized as a fellow of CIHR for her contributions to global research. Femida has published over 200 manuscripts and abstracts and continues to support research to improve the lives of patients


Daniel Lewi, Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation: Co-Founder and CEO Dan’s eldest daughter Amelie was diagnosed with Tay-Sachs in 2011 at 15 months of age and upon finding that there was no dedicated advocacy group providing support for families affected by this disease in the UK he set set-up the Cure & Action for Tay-Sachs (CATS) Foundation with his wife Patricia. Since the group was launched, they have been able to grow The CATS Foundation so that it now offers a variety of services to its family members and has been actively involved in the research and trials investigating therapeutic treatments for Tay-Sachs and Sandhoff disease.


Meghan Conroy, CaptureProof: Founder – Is an award winning digital health entrepreneur. With a background in sales at Abbott and J&J and Degrees in Physiology and Digital Photography, Meghan founded CaptureProof, the clinical photo and video platform for medicine. Awards include Singularity University’s Winner in Health, Accenture’s Healthtech Top Innovator, Medtech Breakthrough’s “Best Store and Forward Imaging Solution”, and the “Most Disruptive” Medical Entrepreneurship and Disruption Award (MEdY Awards). Meghan has authored 4 Granted Patents and has extensive/deep experience in IP development in the Digital Health sector
