Day 0 – Student Day (23 July)
Day 0 is dedicated to our student participants. Each student has been allocated a 20-minute slot, which can be used flexibly depending on individual needs. This could include a 10-15-minute presentation (with or without slides), followed by Q&A and feedback from mentors and peers. Alternatively, students can use this time for a practice talk, particularly if they are also presenting during the main conference.
If you would like to present a poster, please bring a digital version only (could be your final PDF or one slide with the poster there) – we cannot hang printed posters on Day 0, however will be able to present it as you would during a traditional paper poster session.
Please make sure to upload your slides or digital posters by 21 July to ensure smooth technical setup on the day.
Main Track: Oral presentations
Each oral presentation slot is 15 minutes long (full papers & extended abstracts) – 10 minutes for the presentation, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A. Presentations must be in PowerPoint format. There are no specific design or layout requirements – you’re free to create your presentation in the style that suits you best. Please note that we do not provide templates.
The room will be equipped with Wi-Fi and power outlets, but please note:
- If you wish to include a video, it must be available online, as we do not support local multimedia playback.
- We will not provide an external sound system, so audio will play directly from the provided laptop (which you have to use!).
Please upload your slides to the Google Drive by 21 July, into the correct folder and under the correct name – see above!
🏆 Best Paper Awards🏆 will be announced during the Closing Ceremony, so we encourage you to stay until the end of the conference!
